Meng quansheng, male, April 1963, Management Ph.D., professor, master tutor. From January 1997 to June 2000, Deputy Director of Forestry Economics Department of Northwest Forestry College. June 2000-June 2010, Deputy Dean of Economic Management College in NWAFU. Member of Chinese Forestry Association, the Chinese Forestry Economics Association, Agricultural Business Management Education Research Association, and of China Forestry Management Research Association.
1980-1984, B.A., Northwest Agricultural College of Agricultural Economics and Management;
1984 -1985, further education, Northeast Forestry University;
2001-2 003, for M.A. in graduate school of NWAFU;
2006, training in Central Party School, Jinggangshan College;
2004 -2 008, Ph.D. Management, NWAFU.
