Frank Vanclay博士，1960年生，教授、博士生导师；现在任教于荷兰格罗宁根大学空间科学学院文化地理学系。在大学部门工作了35年以上，承担了各种研究和教学任务。除了目前在荷兰的职位外, 还在世界银行 (华盛顿特区) 和五所澳大利亚大学任职: 塔斯马尼亚、查尔斯斯特、格里菲斯、昆士兰和墨尔本。曾是芬兰东部大学、圣保罗 (巴西) 和南昆士兰 (澳大利亚) 的客座教授。作为资深的学术期刊编审人员，曾经或现任编委的学术期刊包括《Impact Assessment & Project Appraisal》; 《Environmental Impact Assessment Review》; 《Journal of Responsible Innovation》; 《Rural Society》等。
Short-bio of the scholar:
Dr. Frank Vanclay, Professor of Cultural Geography and Head of the Department of Cultural Geography, Faculty of Spatial Sciences, University of Groningen.
He have worked in the university sector for over 35 years in various research and teaching roles. In addition to my current position in The Netherlands, I have held appointments at the World Bank (Washington DC) and five Australian universities: Tasmania, Charles Sturt, Griffith, Queensland, and Melbourne (see pages 5-6 for a description). I’ve been a visiting professor at the universities of Eastern Finland, Sao Paulo (Brazil), and Southern Queensland (Australia).
